Assessment and Evaluation:

Student Assessment:  The project-based nature of this course ensures more authentic assessment of student performance.  Students will be assessed both individually and in collaborative groups based on what they create.  Rubrics will be designed for each lesson/activity/project.

Program Evaluation - since most of the data is qualitative in nature, this may be challenging.  However, monitoring student progress in their regular courses and surveying teachers that teach the students might provide insight into the effectiveness of the project.
